Raise II and III Scrolls - Plea from a WHMFollow

Higher level WHMs have a whole good(quasi-risky, granted) farming ground to themselves in Zvhal.

More of a Duo, really (Well, at least when I went w/ 'em); Look up Sands of Silence, Dark Clusters, and something else that I can't remember.

Um..no, actually. How many times do you hear WHMs bashing eachother in {/shout} in Lower Jeuno over tele-taxing? We don't even bash Saitaiyang or Waitmagic. There's plenty of customers in Lower Jueno. Not only that, we can go to each cities to do this too.

PTs, again, the same thing... I went 5-6 hours more than a few times with my LFG up. I used the time to fish, cook, farm, whatever - I never looked at the LFG list and said, "That ***** got my spot! Curse her!! I got Erase and she doesn't!!!" or anything like that. PTs come and go - I got plenty of things to do in between.


When I started, I didn't know about Raise II, and when I learned about it was 30K. And no, I'm not upset...I'm bringing it to attention, much the same way we'd like to bring to attention that the Oil prices are at all time high. Except since it's a game economy, I thought by doing so, I may be able to help make the situation a bit better - I don't have to be elected president and work with lobbyists to attempt to correct the Raise scroll prices. :)

....you never know...there may be a secret WHM society in Ru'luade Gardens plotting to take over the melee world, enslave you in exchange for your EXP saved, your lives above yellow...muhahahahaha Why do you think end game WHMs all wear Vermillion "Cloak"s in "hoods" ...think about it.... O.O

Just to add my piece to this, I am quite particular about who I invite to parties if I am making one.

I usually don't make it a point to ask a WHM if they have Raise II or whatever...simply because I don't expect to die when levellng.

I will however, ask a RDM if they have Dispel, or /check other melee classes before I consider inviting them, as I feel these things greatly impact the efficiency of your party when levelling.

Call it demanding, or unfair, but I strongly feel that if I have spent weeks making money to be the best I can be, I should deserve no less from the people I invite to my parties.

By level 50 (or in my case 73), if you haven't figured out an efficient way to make money then frankly, you don't deserve to be in my party.

I know I've gone off-topic with this equipment/spell rant, and I apologize. But just as people are expected to have EQ like Snipers, Dark Staffs, Haubergeons, and other expensive gear in the higher levels, it should be just as fair for mages to be expected to have spells like Erase, Raise II/III, Dispel, and so on.

At least all of the equipment that you have to buy can be resold if you choose too. Once A spell is used that's it, there is no reselling it because you got a better one.



Ok, I don't know what game you've been playing or on what server you've been playing on but it certainly wasn't this one. Have you ever even played this job and if so were you able to do it past 25?
