Rumor has it that this server is locked and no more world passes will be issused for it? Is this true?

Friend told me his friend (see the rumor trend yet?) couldn't get his wife on the same server due to rag being locked cause of over population.
I haven't heard anything about this. Quick means to Check. Try to Buy a Worldpass and See the Pricing if Applicable.
I don't think it is. A friend of mine just put a mule on it late last week, early this week.
Ummmm... I think that Square would have said something if this were true. Possibly your friend didn't buy a world pass for the character and was trying to put them on the server with just typing in the name like you can for a mule, but with a different pol account? But if the server were to be locked I'm sure Square would say something.
Also, don't know if this is common, but last time I tried to buy a world pass when they had the registration servers down, I wasn't able to.
I just bought a world pass for a friend of mine and she got on just fine today^^. So I dont think they have locked our server. Like someone said, Square would have probably come out and said something if they had decided to close our server to more ppl.
