Bleh, this sux... i jus became queen of the opo-opos yesrerday & I wanna try out my nifty new crown, but i hafta wait til 8:00 PM EST (or longer) ta do so :(

I'm prob. gonna do my usual downtime routine (run over ta the local coffee house, order 6 shots of espresso, & come back extremely hyper by the time downtime is over.) Tho that'll hafta wait til after classes. :\ Oh! And mebbe my Babylon 5 Season 3 DVD set will arive in the mail today. I swear, that show is almost as addictive as... well... espresso.

So whas on your agendas now that we're forced ta face the cold reality of "real life" for 8 hours?

You should be happy over there... most of the people in the US should be working or at school at these times. For us over here in Europe it's even worse;

Guy 1:"Did ya hear? Maintenance from 9am to 5pm"
Guy 2:"So what? I have a job you know"
Guy 1:"PDT"
Guy 2:"PDwhat?"
Guy 1:"PDT, US-Time, not GMT"
Guy 2:"So what's the difference?"
Guy 1:"Like 8 hours"
Guy 2:"Oh... wait a sec..."
Guy 1:"No problem, I have a free evenin' today, take your time..."
Guy 2:"That means..."
Guy 1:"Wanna come over for a DVD and a Pizza?"
Guy 2:"... I come home and can't log on?!?"
Guy 1:"Two DVDs?"
Guy 2:"The WHOLE evening? I wanted to do my last promyvion-trip tonight!"
Guy 1:"The Star Wars Box? Just got it in... I have some Beer 'n Coke as well..."
Guy 2:"Beer... any booze you can get... and the whole LOTR-SEE-Trilogy..."

FACT: Maintenance kills. A few brain-cells at least. And so does the hangover next morning, or your CEO who's noticing it.

I'm not responsible for possible logical or orthographical errors in the text above. I'm also not responsible for the maintenance. And this post makes perfect sense. I think. Seriously.

Damn >< I was thinking the maint was over at 5... but that's 5 pacific not central... two more hours... back to reading the boards and never posting in the ninja forum again. NEVER post there all that happens if you say anything that is SLIGHTLY in any way / shape / form different from their dogma or against what any of them have said you just get rated down by everyone and nobody even responds to your post to tell you why. So JUST DON'T DO IT!!

Let's see, I was in class, teen titans is about to come on, and my sim just got in a fight with his nieghbor, while her kitchen caught fire. I'm doing just fine here ^_^

I think...?

btw, anyone know if sims2 is worth getting, after all of these expansions?

You just reminded myself that I have cable but no TV... It's cheaper to get cable and internet combo then just internet... which makes no sence... But I'll have to get myself a TV or TV tuner card... cause that would just be nice ^^ Thanks for reminding me of that, lol!

Regarding Sims 2:

Definetly. Never been a big fan of the original Sims, but Sims 2 is a blast. Got it a week ago. Next thing I'm lookin' forward to is Rollercoaster Tycoon 3.

The last episodes of the first season of Teen Titans is re-airing again, Slate just "recruited" Robin. It's kinda new over here though. But what belongs to movies, cartoons and animes, germany is always a few months behind anyway. Plus, the episodes are airing at 3pm, and it's like 12pm over here right now.

Anyway, I've got a better way of keeping boredom away; I'll give my pillow a hug now. Good luck waitin' for the Maintenance to end ;)

I wonder if they'll fix that NPC in Windy Woods that's speaking in Japanese...

Edit:: Cydille how does the crown look on you? I know it looks good on a Taru and I think I saw a Hume with it and it looked like an Jughead little tiny crown... I'm really hope it doesn't look like that little silly lookin thing on everyone but Taru's...

Yep, its a lil Jughead-type crown, but i actually think it looks kinda regal, in a strange way. :)

Basically, it looks extremely cute on a Taru, good on a Hume/Elvaan F, "meh" on a Hume/Elvaan M, & jus silly on a Mithra & Galka.
