Seriously. Anytime I've tried to level any of my subs or lower level jobs, there's always a shortage of tanks. Hell I had to tank as thief for most of 16 to 17...And let me tell ya that sucked.

Isn't it funny how that works. First there are now WHMs for days, now there are WHMs, and no tanks. ><

when you guys get to 24 gimmie /t, my nin sub needs to be leveld to 37 for rng.
I've noticed more than enough tanks around levels 40-60, but finding a low level PLD is kind of tough I guess.
Most people that are playing WAR up to 30 are new and have kinda gimped equipment I've noticed as well. I've had some horrible WAR tanks between level 11 and 30..
The WHM statement is so incredibly true though. lol. I've seen more WHM's looking for parties than ever. I guess that's a good thing.

lol clock, be careful what you wished for. soon we'll be swamped with taru blms runnning amok and causing havoc with every single spell they can lay their tiny taru hands on. ;)
I think at higher levels there's a bunch of PLDs like a week ago there were like 5 lvl 59-60 PLDs LFG at the same time. But yeah there really is a shortage of is RDMs I can never seem to find a decent RDM that can keep everyone <well the people that need it> refreshed. Well suppose the main reason for this is that the only reason people want RDMs pre 41 are because they can't find a WHM.
There is a definite shortage of tanks, as well as RDM's and BRD's. Atleast, thats what i noticed when i was leveling up at 60+. It was very difficult =/

I was in a party with my 54 drg the other night, and had a 56 bard it ws unreal how fast we moved threw the mobs in Boyhoda Tree. Bards in my opinion are one of the best jobs to have a in party. Was much better than having a red mage or maybe that because im biased since i was able to hit almost every time with his songs on me

being a tank, i'm going to add (in jest) that i'm tired of dying. yes, you mages better get your act together. letting us die is a sure turn off for tanks to go back to tanking. ><
