Ok sure. But if you're telling me that to get a 300lb multi-million dollar machine (likely one that's sensitive to movement) from here to there that you simply slinging it over your shoulder and he-man it around the laboratory - you're likely the one that is doing it wrong and jeopardizing the functionality of the equipment.
But hey, I believe you. It's a laboratory, and even though your employer may hire women to do the same job as you - don't let them do it.
