Virtual explosions and flasks and proteins are even better.

I don't even know what to say...

I'm just glad you kids are happy.

Name one of the kids after me and arex.

edit: Maybe not the same kid, have two. Call one Horsemouth and the second Arex. Who cares about the sex of the child.

This post...
Is Kali at her best, rambling about chemistry and randomness.

I'd feel sorry for any kid named Arex Horsemouth, really.

Well, I guess that leaves the dog to be named after me then?

Fitting. Smiley: sly

St. Bernards are so cute!

My folks have a Berner Sennen and it's adorable. My aunt and her husband had two Saint Bernards named Cognac and Brandy. They love their liquor.

One of the guys working in my orphanage had a dog named Beck's. He always brought him to work. He was this creepy sort of person and we all thought he was into his dog, until he found himself an Internet girlfriend on some dating website and they proceeded to get to the baby producing in no time.

Also, I think my children need English names (so at least Horsemouth would be fine). With my habit of moving countries all the time, I need something that people understand everywhere.
Then again, the same habit makes me inclined not to have children.

Truer words have never been spoken.

Anyway, the interweb contains a disappointing number of pictures of beautiful women in lab coats. Found a couple, but sadly nothing containing an explosion as well. Perhaps now that congress is finally finished with this healthcare thingy I can call up my representative and tell them to get working on more pressing matters, such as getting more women interested in the math and science fields. Smiley: nod

Oh we're already set there. You wouldn't expect the US government to ever limit our access to things that make stuff go boom would you?

We have rights dammit!!!

You should rather help me farm Karazhan on my priest. I can help you farm Sethekk heroic. Smiley: grin

That being said, my family has pretty much decided on the science path for me once it became clear that I wasn't made of the right stuff for any family legacy sort of stuff (that would have been economics or ship building). I don't really want to think about how much of my interest in the field is due to upbringing and the fact that my stepfather is an awesome biochemist but a horrible human being, but I like it, it's fun, and chemistry is the only subject I didn't want to immediately drop after I heard about the 60-80 page coursework next year.

Well, those too.
But with a 1% chance to drop it'll still take us close to a year to get 1 drop if we do 2 runs each week.

It's usually fairly easy to find someone who can just do the chant for you. The mats are easy to farm if you can bring a friendly DE through any chocolate dungeon.

If you do find some one I would recommend getting it done in bulk on vellum as it is also the cat enchant of choice as the static +2% haste is HAWT.

edit: I am also extremely annoyed that I have been using the same tanking and DPS weapon enchant for alomst 2 years. If Cata doesn't give a new option I think the feral community will storm the Blizz HQ en mass and burn the building down.

Aethien, just a little FYI they upped the drop rate of all Kara enchants.

And considering I've seen mongoose in the last two times I've been to Kara, and I also saw Sunfire and Soulfrost as well... I'd say it's like 100% drop now.

You could always write Mongoose in the AH search field and, you know, spend 100g on it instead of farming the enchant yourself.

Just saying.

I assume he means the enchant on an armor vellum.....but 100g is pretty cheap compared to the server that I am on.

Woot upgrades: healy, feral

But seriously, blue sockets on the staff, and yellow + red on the leather? Can't I switch them? Yay for taking neither socket bonus I guess. *sigh*

Edit:

I also failed to announce I went OOM for the first time in recent memory last night. We had two new people on the cannons for the gunship battle, and a different 'jump team' for the mage. The fight went on for 13 minutes and 47 seconds while everyone was learning their new tasks.

That sucked.
