Demo Derby Driver Job (Corrected job title)Follow

Hi,

Hope people don't mind, but I happened to spot that the Demo Derby Driver mission sequence was missing quite a few entries and I've been steadily inserting all the relevant details as and when I get that far.

Only noticed the lack of info when I was looking at 'The Odd Audition' for info on the mission as that was where my character was at.

Now I've just entered a bit of a starting place holder for the 'Not One, But a Few' mission as that's where I'm at now. I'll fill in the rest of the details when I get to them.

Just thought I'd give folks a heads up as to what I've been doing as I realised that I just sort of ... did it, without checking if anyone else has been working on it, which I guess might be a bad thing, so here I am, cap in hand, checking that I've not messed anyone up to much by adding in ten of the missing missions.

Anywho, I'll be keeping an eye out for any response to this, but if it's not an issue I'll just continue to steadily add to the wiki.

Thanks. I'll be honest here though and say that the only driving minigames that rely on skill are the race driver ones. The Demo Derby minigames rely on some skill but also on a whole huge chunk of luck. I've lost track of just how many times I've lost with an abysmal score simply due to bad luck on those. That said, it feels great to get past a particularly annoying mission when that happens... like the one where you need to take out all the other drivers at least once... it starts simple enough, but once you're down to only one or two drivers left to knock out it becomes an exercise in futility sometimes.

Anywho, I'll get back to the edits sometime this afternoon hopefully... I think I may even hook up with the 4 missions at the end that were already written up.

Any objections to me going through with one of my spare character slots to give the earlier missions a going over? Depending on how that goes I might do the same for the Racing Driver Job too. Just have to see how the mood takes me once I've got my main character past the last mission in the sequence (It will happen! ).

EDIT: OK. Scratches head. I *know* I uploaded a picture of Sydney Spellmerg and it was linked to his profile page... before I simply upload it again was there a problem with it? and if so what was the problem so I can fix it?

Hmm, oh yes... ermmm whoops. Figured out what the issue was there. The pic was more than 500 tall so I think the inbuilt software binned it. The current one is smaller and got uploaded only a short time ago.
