help on questFollow

Heya,
Looking for any information on a quest titled "Troika's Dungeon Spawn" for some reason i have this quest on one of my toons, although i never asked for it, and there are no directions in my quest log on how to begin the quest. Have tried Warcry and other places, cant find squat.. If ya have info, id appreciate, Thanks :)
