How do i get a cloak with pics on the back?

You get that at lvl 20. And those cloaks with the "pictures" on the back are actually guild emblems, what you do is at lvl 20 you go to a guild embler or something like that. Give him a cloak or a shield and he'll put your guild emblem on it for 5 gold.
