Soloing - DOD MissionsFollow

Haven't tried one yet, we went over to Forrest and looked around and I downloaded the DOD maps.

Someone, a player, said the other day that some of the missions can be soloed. Is this true?

i got one from undershore. it asigned me the mission. it was to kill a certain number of undead spiders. I was like WOOT! undead, solo task!

so i goto the instanced zone, zone in. start looking around, first mob i see is an even con! i continue looking for a spider. i go up on a bridge, look accross where it is busted, a nice fat yellow con looking at me. at this point i am going hmmmm. i then look down from up on my perch and see spiders!!! woot!! they are DB cons!

so i go down and manage to single pull one. damn, hits hard! is ok i think to myself, i just kepp healing my self nd my DS will kill it.

so here we ar, it beating the crap out of me, me chain pious light myself.

it isn't dead yet! mana getting kinda low, i take a fast chance and checkout it's hp, it is at about 60%.

I BDA myself, mem gate, and exit stage right.

so even tho it gave me a task solo, i don't think it was ment to be!

I haven't done very many missions at all. I don't know if there are solo missions or not for the instances. There are 3 player missions though. These are great if you only have half of a group to play. I still haven't gotten into DoD very much.
