Merchants of Qeynos Faction questionFollow

Hello again folks,

There is an item that i would love to get from the city of qeynos, hush hush, but it seems to require, at the very least, an amiable faction with the Merchants of Qeynos.

There seem to be plenty of faction quests for the merchants of qeynos, but they all give little faction bump and alot (i did say alot, didn't i?} of running around zoning all over the place.

What can i do to get some good positive faction bumps for a lvl 10 erudite magician who is currently apprehensive?
