There is a pathing "a disgruntled stonecrafter" which spawns in the southwestern room of what appears to be the main "court" and wanders around the area. This seems to be the placeholder, but I only saw one spawn so I can't confirm. The fact that Pixtt Kerxek Vket paths and the disgruntled stonecrafter paths seems unlikely to be mere coincidence, since as far as I'm aware the placeholder for a pathing mob will also path. Pixtt Kerxek Vket spawned in the exact same spot as the disgruntled stonecrafter.
I'm camping the 2HB drop and I'm 99% certain you're correct. In fact, I think the "disgruntleds" in this zone are the PHers for the named. This particular spawn cycle also seems to be on a different timer as all the Mastruq in the area-- longer/slower spawn.
Well, i'm pretty sure I figured it out. I got my Muramite Weapon Master's Staff There is a roaming stonecrafter, it roams into each house. I just setup in the second house, and waited. killing the stonecrafter every time he spawned. Eventually Kerxek spawned. Looks like a centaur spike monster. Easy kill. I never could get a good read on the roaming stonecrafter's timer. But its somewhere around 40 minutes. Its higher than the other mobs around there.
The second house doesn't have any mobs in it, so its nice to just sit in.
<shrug> have found no stonecrafters. have found five disgruntled stonecrafters up at one time. haven't seen the named. after a couple days of kill, loot rinse and repeat
Have now killed the mob twice. Both times was on the deck. The room with the doorway at -412 -771 -4 is usually empty. On two occasions I've had a disgruntled stonecrafter enter. Have not seen a spawn of the named where the other disgruntled stonecrafters spawn
For a while this mob would be "stuck" underground and very hard to pull out, now its just never up at all, not on track ect. If this mob is broke then they need to fix it , if they removed this mob then put it in the mob graveyard.
I've been camping all nameds in Qinimi all day, including this one. Have kept my bard in zone with me to constantly check track specifically for this mob, no sign of it.I killed it a few years back and remember it pathing back and forth between the rooms by the temple...now there is a yunjo model that paths the same way "a disgruntled stoneworker".... I dont remember it being there before, but it has been a few years. Of course, no guides or GM's have been on anytime I have checked, so havent been able to ask if the Ixt model mob was removed.
Update*** Went to bed and came back today. Ran into Riwwi to goof off while my nec sat in qinimi killing the ph's around the dog pens. Helped some monk in Riwwi with Blindeye then came running back to check track. Who do I see, none other than Pixxtt Kerxek Vket! Time was 2pm game time. The "a disgruntled stoneworker" mentioned previously was NOT up. Dont know if it is a ph, or despawns when the Ixt model spawns or what. I didnt kill it. Good luck other BiC doers, persistance is the key ( no pun intended)
A druid, beastlord, and I have found this mob up three times in Qinimi. Each time, we had to go to the small bridge, face the temple, then go to the first room on the right along the marble pathway leading to the altar. The mob hides inside the wall (I'm SURE this is intended....or maybe not). The only way to target the mob is with the /target Pix command. I've seen this mob up at various times of the day and night, so not on a timer like in Riwwi.
Twice the mob depopped on us. I, the shadow knight, tried pulling the mob out with a low level pet. Roughly 60 seconds after my pet aggro'd and died on failed pulls, it despawned. The third time we found this mob up, I accidentally feared a low mob while clearing to the room and proximity aggro'd Pixxt. We hit Exodus and thought we lost our chance, but the mob just ran back to its room and got stuck again. It seems this mob will despawn about a minute after receiving damage, but will not despawn due to a a zero'd hate list.

My 65 Necro friend with blue diamond tiara didnt even want it!
Still no idea how or when it spawns. I am only 1 in zone for hours I'm not killing anything near her, or anything at all for that matter, and she spawns. She will despawn within a few RL hours after spawning so maybe i'll check clocks next time.
Great observation on the time Ishandar, I notice that some named in Riwwi spawn at a certain time, path for a short period then despawn. So it may be that she does the same thing. I would be interested to find out.
I sat there for total of 24 real time hours <not in 1 sitting lol> and have yet to even see this mob at all. Did 1-4pm day 1 4-7 day 2 7-11 day 3 11-3am day 4 3-7am day 5 7-11 day 6 11-5pm day 7 <was sunday :)> and never seen them was just sitting there afk on bard.
She was killed twice today. Once solo by bard and once with 65 dru/mage/bard. She casts snare. She runs very fast. She spawns in front of the temple and roams in and out of all the little huts there. It seems like a hard pull, but its not.

Those are standards :P Ixt origin from a world, completely covered in ice and snow, they enjoy fighting more than anything else and have a very strict and complicated set of rules and traditions about honor, pride and rules in battle. They wear standards to show off their position in their tribe and so they can be seen from miles away on their homeworld, since an Ixt would never backstab another Ixt but rather challenge her to an open duel, they have no need to hide themselves. The higher the rank of an Ixt (in other words, the deadlier), the more standards they wear. Due to their bold attitude, Ixt are excellent commanders, although they lack the more complicate tactical skills (go ahead and slice them is a fine tactic, but often enough it needs a bit more "precision"), therefore tactics are often left to the Ikaav and Anuek, and formidable enemies, always found at the top of the army, shouting commands and slicing an enemy at the same time. All Ixt are warriors or berzerkers, they completely lack any skills of arcane magic.
