after about 3-4 hours over 2 weeks, I finally found the Fabled Temple Guardian in the hall at -525 x 1380. Level 90 shaman with pet & tank merc easily took him down in about 2 minutes.
So, just FD drag past entrance (its a pain), wipe out all the 'a temple guardian' at the intersection; then theres x2 more in the left way; and then theres the right way with x2 more; and then a bunch inside the far right building.
I just wiped them all out. Im not 100% that the fabled guardian has a PH. Because a friend saw him someplace else, and i see him now in the right path just inside the building LOC (neg472,pos1004).
It took 3 hours, and it would seem that the normal mobs are on a 20min +/- timer.
hopes that clears it up
OKAY:::: well hes down, first attempt. I wouldnt say hes tougher than the others. I would say fairly equal. METHOD: HOT puller, pull. HOT tank. Shammy slowed/crippled/and Procd. At about 30% he will start his enrage, careful cuz my bard ATE it; it doesnt take but a second. ALSO he AOE rampages, i had to move shammy and healer back further they almost died at end of fight.
This one is far more difficult in comparison to the other fragment droppers. I used Weaponshield from the start and partially slowed him with Earthcaller. When Weaponshield dropped, I used Guardian of the Forest + a Healing elixir XIII (2k HoT combination) and I had my Protection of the Spirit Wolf mitigating the incoming damage. Due to stuns, healing myself was difficult.
With max Shielding, Full Defensive AA, 21000hp/3300ac self buffed, the Fabled Temple Guardian beat the snot out of me. I died at 27%. He Rampages, Flurries and uses the spell Claw of Bestial Fury.

=x
So, be warned! And bring some friends...
Edit: HAH, killed him! I went back and solo'd him following the same strategy, but prepared to heal myself ahead of time. I also used my Aimshot Rk. 2 disc when Weaponshield dropped and tore him up with Arc of Arrows. I even had an add during the fight and managed to win this time. Yay Fabled Binden Concerrentia!
