No one seems to sell au laits in the AH anymore. My cooking skill isn't quite there yet (lvl 22) so these wonderful regen drinks really help when traveling sans White Magic.

For me, this recipe was like a godsend for leveling cooking. :3 I'm a little 56 white mage over here, at 45 cooking or so. Long story short, I struggled with apple pies for a bit, kept failing and losing money miserably. For me, any recipe that doesn't have fire crystals in it is asking to be skilled up on. With a few exceptions, all of the synths I've done are like that. No problem with skill ups. :3

Anyhow, if you don't mind farming for some of the ingredients, you can pull a profit off of these. (500 gil each where I was selling them). They sell fast on all the AH's I've put them up on (Windurst, Bastok, and San d'Oria). As far as I'm concerned, great skill up, plus a bit of profit on the side. ^^ Happy cooking.

I loved these to because I found apple pies tedious.. lots of breaks plus had to run all around the world to find ingredients for reasonable prices. So I made these and rather then sell them I used them for low level leveling and for farming.
..npc wrong?

Skilling Up

I started synthing these at 45 with very little failures. Awesome way to skill up from 45 to about 50. after that it slows down.

I found this to be and excellent method of skilling up. Sales are awful, but i just sold them to NPCs and used them soloing my BST. I did 12 synths in a row, got a 0.1 or a 0.2 on 8 of them. No synth support. Facing west, and i think it was wind day, but cant be sure. easy little recipie.
Nice Sig

Nice Signature, Calico.

Is lv47 a good level to start, or should I wait another level?

Yes, I concur. 18 synths at 51 and no skill up.
