Thse are the nastiest Non-named Necromancers in Befallen. they carry the full arsenal of Necro Spells, making them formidably enemies. Also, they tend to melee much better than a player of the same level.
i have found that the female erudite theurgist, the one with the pet, is the only who drops gossamer robe and antigued silver band. they are dropped every time. correct me if i'm wrong
I (33 Beastlord, at the time) was here, And on my way to the 2nd Shadow Knigt i fell trough a floor trap and ended up down here. these fools were all green to me... So i decided to yank out my pet and get killin. unfortunately, my pet must have been Light Blue or Blue to them, because they all agroed after I attacked one of them! One on me wasnt bad, but 3 of these guys can suck your health down fast. My pet and I managed to take one out, but we were both at half health at that point. I ran outta that zone as fast as I could after that... Fortunately i had already killed the 3rd SK and had his keys
i read all these helpfull posts as research before dropping my 34 druid in with a 58 war friend . . just to be safe . . .so we kill EVERYTHIGN in zone, not sure of theurgist's PH, THEN he spawns and doesnt drop this robe . . . this beautiful robe i need ever so desperately . . . so how many more times must i kill him ? is it rare/ simply random / common ?
i'm not trying to be funny and this is not a flame. but who do you need this robe for? it adds 8 ac and, yes, has summon efficiency, but only to lev20. do you plan on starting a nec?
I'm a necro of the 24th session, my pet and i had no problem killing him and his pet. Even that a ghoul got in to the fight, we stilled walk out of there the winner
These little boogers have pretty good dot(heat blood) and give their hp to things wounded around them. almost always have a pet unless you catch it just spawning. they can hit well if fighting a low level person. Will sometimes attack people high as level 28. not wise to fight in a room with more than one of these if you are fairly low level. they will cast disease and fear tho they dont hit as well as the heat blood spell. having one of these can some ice bones, ghouls, giant skels or one of the rarer spawns can mess up even a full group of low 20's. Good luck in this zone I call home. 33 DE SHD Valdorin of Solusek Ro

Sometimes i had problems soloing these guys with my 25 paly esp. if other necros were around to heal em...i dont take them on unless i got lay hands recharged
As a general rule, one should always treat spellcasting critters as 1-2 steps higher than what they actually /con as (ie, a green caster should be be treated as if it were high blue or black). THESE guys though... melee like a rogue and cast like a necro, with the added bonus of rarely getting interrupted and never running out of mana.... if it ain't green, and you ain't in a group, gate, evac, or haul tail.

Wasn't that a childish retort? All the guy was doing was giving some really helpful info and I personally back up what he said. You are a jackass, hows that for a childish retort?
His information is semi-true. If your good at interupting spells, then treat this guy like he cons. If your a class that can't interupt very well (non-pally) then he becomes dangerous.
