She is inside a building near the water in West Karana, standing next to Brenzl McMannus.

Location is N3667 N2000

I don't know what they did to this NPC, but she is still level 25, but hits for an average of 70 and summons!

Her cabinmate.

The barb in the cabin with her, does he agro on you when you attack her? Do any of the other barbs agro if you kite her?

She spawns in that barbarian fishing cam

She is in the large building closer to the zone wall. The one that Ulrich doesn't spawn next to. I could kill her at lvl 20 for MAD experience but the spawn time is a good 20 min. So what you do is camp her and between kills you kill lars mcmannus 2 times and kill her again.

You can hail this bard and choose to accept mail for delivery to Qeynos for exp., some gold and faction. It's great to have an amiable place to sell in a lot of cities even if the regular residents don't like you much. Do this quest from a lot of locations.

Faction hits for negative are Knights of Truth, Guards of Qeynos and Mayongmistmoore. Ringofscale went up dropped 2 plat nice exp move for me at level 24..
