i cant find this guy to save my life, and ive looked up for almost an hour trying to find any info as to where this guy is, ive ran through the whole zone up to xeg and cant find anything, plz info?

I Have Heard Rumours of the Fabled version of this mob and if you search for Fabled Puresteel Mantle it comes up As a link and no mob and i have personally been on 5-6 PoAir raids And cleared his island each time and not one Fabled version spawned only the normal one.

this mob isnt a hard mob to kill i believe he quads maybee tripples for around 1200 to 1400 but has frickin no hp's. It might rampage to if i remember.

last i heard this guy drops elemental patters. bracer i think. not 100% on that though.
