Fungus Covered Shroom

Spawned by approaching the mushroom at loc +650,-1420 (this is in the mushroom ring along the eastern border of the zone, just NE of the pond), but it's a rare spawn (usually, the spawns will be "Fungi", "Fungi Shroom", or "a fungus covered shroom", infrequently "Golden Shroom", and rarely "Fungus Covered Shroom").
