Adds are no joke.

She spawns 3 adds at 75%, 3 more at 50%, and 6 more at 25%. And they're no joke, they can be mezzed, but they hit for 1350 each, so they'll destroy a tank fast if not locked down immediately.
Adds are absolutely HP based

Adds spawn at 75% 50% 25% if you spawn them and then loose agro they despawn after a minute are so. They dont respawn next time you are killing Bollbaru.

This is a timed fight, 1st fight had many adds....second time. we had nine peeps...and not one add.

The adds seem to be time-based, rather than percentage based. 3 adds spawn first, 4 on the second set, 5 for the third set, and 6 for the fourth set. I've never seen a fifth set, but that's probably because she dies during the fourth set.

All the adds AE rampage. They do NOT qualify as summoned creatures, despite their name. They do, however qualify as undead. All of the skeletons - even the ones there when you start - die and poof if she's not there to sustain them.

This chick is pretty nasty for a single group. You definitely need an enchanter to take care of the adds. We originally tried it as 2 clerics, 2 tanks, 1 slow, and 2 dps (one out of group), by offtanking named while killing adds. This doesn't work so good, there are too many.

The good news is, even if you wipe while killing her, any rounds of adds you spawned won't spawn again next time you engage her.

Bollbaru the Witch is perma-rooted

Was able to kill the 3 original skeletons before engage.

During fight she spawned skeletons in a set of 3.

First set didn't spawn till 75%.

Second set didn't spawn till 50%.

Third set didn't spawn till 25%.

Fourth set spawned somewhere around 5-10%.

Recommend getting a good enchanter, or two (we did it with 1), to keep them mezzed, then once second Bollbaru dies, have someone AE them, they all instantly die.

The skeletons I'd assume have 5HP when Bollbaru dies (only after her death), even a necromancer's AoE will kill them all.

How do the adds spawn?

Does anyone have any insight into how the adds spawn during the fight? Are they a timed thing? Do they pop at specific %'s of health?

We got this one down to about 50% life tonight and saw three waves of three skeletons pop. They didn't spawn immediately on engagement (we had killed the ones already up), but I couldn't tell if they popped at like 80% and 60% and whatnot.

Bollbaru the Witch has a one hour respawn, summons some skelly adds that hit between 200 and 2k, adds are mezzable but highly resistant.
