This quest is unlocked when you reach level 12 Description Level 17 Trespassers at the Observatory - Altgard Talk with Aurtri. Go to the Lepharist Encampment and get rid of the Watch Bodyguards. (0/5) Go back to Aurtri. Take Tiamat's Sword from Sentinel Leader Gattban and bring it to Autri. Tiamat's Sword (Common) Report the result to Valurion. Order: Meet Aurtri and get rid of the Lepharist Revolutionaries who threaten the Observatory. Quest Notes

Aurtri is upstairs, inside the Altgard Observatory on Calderon Hill.

The Lepharist Encampment is straight down the hill, east from the Observatory.

Sentinel Leader Gattban paths back and forth inside the Lepharist Encampment. If you kill the guard on the left of the entrance, go n and to the left behind the tree and wait, Gattban will eventually path to a spot he can be safely pulled to and eliminated.
