Greenskin Battle Barges (WAR History and Lore)  

This unlock can be obtained in two places. The first of which is by approaching the docked barge located at 16k/27k inside the RVR area (heads up to players over-leveled for this zone, you will be chickened). The second location, 10k/28k, is just east of Nogaz's Boyz Chapter Camp and requires you to swim to the floating barge there.
