To Start: Speak to Carrie in Snowhill.
Carrie says,"Oh my! I seem to be out of mineral water. Unfortuneately, I cannot leave my shop to get more.

Do you think you could go into the Hot Springs Haven and fetch me some? If you melt a few of the ice blocks, that should be enough water. "

Go to Hot Springs Haven and retrieve mineral water.
This is a Combat quest.
