You must be at least Level 21 to open or receive this quest. See Elyos 21 for more quests that can be started at this same level.

This is a Harvesting quest. Extract Vitality (145p) or better is required to complete this quest. If you do not have the skill to harvest the items needed yourself, most (but not all) Harvesting quests will update no matter how the items are obtained. You may buy or trade for them, or receive them from a friend.

You can see where the Resource Nodes are located in the following categories:

 Gatherer
TrainersHarvestables

All quests reward XP but NCSoft is fond of changing the amounts frequently, to the point that it is simply not wise to try to track the exact amount in a wiki.

Quest Notes

This is somewhat unique. It is a repeatable harvesting quest. The parts are rare harvests from any of the resource nodes listed in Related objects, above. You do not have to go back to Talos after each completion and you do not have to have the quest to find the parts, so you can go out and harvest your fingers off, then go back and do multiple turn-ins sequentially.

Again, you do not have to have this quest to get the harvest drops.

The parts each come only from specific nodes:

The Extract Vitality skill required to harvest each of the above is noted in (parenthesis). As you can see, each map piece has 1-3 nodes you can get it from. Because the Middle Part of the Stone Plate comes from Topaz, Aquamarine and Zircon that means the minimum skill you need to be able to finish this quest yourself is 145p.

The reward is usually some consumable or a common drop item from this zone, but can be a harvestable, and sometimes you will get a Rare design.

ZAM credits this article at Aion Armory for the list of the nodes the items come from.
