56Mnk looking for a secondary LSFollow

I have been playing since Nov03' and have had serveral LS's. Most of them died out or the leader stopped playing... etc, etc.. I'm a sack holder for the LS CelestialChaos (my static pty), and am a 24BST in MustKillBill. My other jobs are 28War, 26Blm, 15Pld, and a few levels in most other jobs. I am wanting to find a LS that I can use as my secodary. One that is game related. (no 1-800-meaningless chat LS) Preferably one that does not have people who intend on leaving for other MMOPRG or are quiting soon. I need to find other players in the game for the long road to end-game. This may seem kinda picky but this is my first MMORPG although i have been playing FF since nintendo days. I want to find as many cohesive players and LS's as possible. Not to mention I am going to need to find more people for Dynamis and HNM's and all those other Uber lvl fun things.

btw i am on everyday, late afternoon and evening EST.
