Damage Mitigation?Follow

If you look at certain elite proffesions for example, fencer. At certain skill blocks they get like melee mitigation1, melee mitigation2 ,and 3 but on like on others its ranged. It evens out the damage so like a headshot wont only damage the mind but the damage will be split between all 3 hambars very useful keep you alive much longer. How much the damage is split up depends on the level of mitigation.

P.S. correct me if im wrong but i dont think it matters what weapon you use.
