Sunken CityFollow

Bear with me folks. I am in Beggars court in Freeport, and in ordere to get my citizenship, I have to go to the Sunken City and collect 5 things. Now, has anyone been to the sunken city off Beggars court, and can you tell mw where to go? I am going insane looking for this place
