I preorded my game from SOE and it does not say order being fulfilled or anything. It is just still there under preorders.
Anyone else have this? My husband preordered the same day and his will be here tommorrow.

Me too, preordered back at beggining of August, my order is still in pre order and contacting soe does nothing, they say they are aware there is a problem and they will look into it.
Just taught me a lesson, never preorder from online.

I brothers copy got stuck in customs and he had to pay £18 to get it cleared. Mine arrived yesterday.

I will never pre-order another product from SOE. Mine is supposed to be here tomorrow (Wednesday). My brother's tracking tells him Friday. People who pre-ordered through EB games are already playing. How can the company that makes the damn game be so irresponsible? Oh yeah, they're SOE. Great games. Crappy customer service. I was hoping for a change with EQII, alas...

Yep ordering from SOE sucks. I won't do it again. It was shipped on the 7th and is still in Philladelphia! What the hell is that all about?
