What happened to the advanced search feature?Follow

Hello,

I'm a paying member, but cannot seem to find the advanced item search anymore.
It's just a blank page with a single box to enter an item name.
I've tried two different browsers and different computers.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I don't show you are currently a premium member. Maybe your premium subscription ran out.

I'm having the same problem. I renewed my membership a few days ago, but that didn't fix the problem.

Try logging out and back in.

Seventh time (logging out and in) wasn't the charm. I'll try a few more times tomorrow. As well as other browsers and other computers. Because the problem must be on my side.

Try clearing your cookies out for the site. If that doesn't fix the issue, try opening a ticket with Fanbyte support at https://help.zam.com
