Back a while ago, I might have just told you to go to Paludal if you wanted to just plain level. But, recently, it was revealed in a post that Befallen has the same exp mod.

So, you can go to Paludal and get a lot of bad attitude thrown at you by the 'denizens', other low level players, that lurk there, gain little money and little skill, but certainly fast and easy xp. There are defined camps here, while also areas that are campable. Fiends here have a nasty disease based DOT that lasts an hour. The only mobs that drop anything good are the Recondite Bandits in camp 1 or 2 and you have to group up to do that. You can either group or solo here.

You can also go to Befallen, where you don't get what I just mentioned. The mobs here are mostly undead and a paladin does have undead dd's. Most have cash drops and some have bronze. You might need to form a small group for this, but if the zem mod numbers are correct, you should be able to gain the same amount of xp while also getting some dungeon experience which some of us seem to be lacking.
