How can you tell when an effect on an object that has a recommended level higher than yours (63/49) will work. Some items its level 1 others its the recommended level for the other stats on the object???????????????????
There are some weapons and items that proc at any level, most are midlevels or 51 but some are 1.
To see what level a weapon will proc or do some effect at, you can go to Lucy. Type in the item's name into the item search and press enter. When the search turns up the found item list, click on the one you want. On the item info page, there is a category labeled: Effect Level. It will tell you what level the item procs.
On another but similar subject, if the item has a clickable effect and says (Any Slot) this means that any class or race can click this item from inventory. If the item has (Any Slot/Can Equip) this means that you can click it from inventory, but you must be the required class/race/diety.
