Errors on pagesFollow

What does [an error occurred while processing this directive] mean? This has been showing up on a lot of page loads from the site lately, and the page does not completely load. Also I have been getting a lot of "Unable to Access" errors in the browser, this all started happening about four days ago. I use IE6 browser and Windows XP Home.
