	To Start: Speak to Ghost Hunter. Ghost Hunter says,"What's that in your hands? Ectoplasmic goo from the ghosts? I don't have much use for that, Player, but I hear that Halloween Harry over in Sanctuary has been collecting it. Try giving it to him! I wonder what he uses it for...? " The ghost hunters don't want the ectoplasmic goo that you've collected so they're sending you to Halloween Harry in Sanctuary. Maybe he'll take it off your hands? This is an Errand quest.
