	To Start: Speak to Emil Jadefish in Shrouded Glade. Emil Jadefish says,"My friend Shelby and I went for a ride in my boat today. A gust of wind tipped the boat over. Both my oars fell out, and so did Shelby. Worst of all, she can't swim! Now she's stuck on an island. I can't rescue her without my oars. They're probably floating around somewhere. Would you help me find them? " This is an Errand quest.  Membership is required to begin this quest.
