FR Quest:Card Duelist: Practice Makes Perfect  

ive done everything i could think of to start this quest, anyone got any ideas? I have been a card duelist, not a card duelist, started the quest over, started the game over, started the game then started the quest over, started game as a card duelist and a non card duelist, i am thoroughly stumped to why its not starting.
