Chill winds are in the air, but Free Realms has been heating up the spotlight over the last couple of weeks with teasers regarding their huge December update. It was announced this afternoon that the maintenance is slated to take place today, starting some time between 6PM and 7PM PST. The update is expected to last anywhere between 5 and 7 hours. This update will usher in the holiday event, Snow Days, as well as new and evolving content to the game. Both the Fisherman job and player housing will make their debut. Many changes will be coming to the user interface and combat, and the Royal Vault will see some upgrades. New pets will be soaring into the Marketplace, such as the pegasus, dinosaur and reindeer.
