Ok so i am really confused on the zip code thing, do they charge money to you when you buy something from the sc sore even though they gave us a free 250 sc dollars then what is it for? is it safe?

They do not charge you anything except the stated SC price of the item you're buying. It is safe. In fact, it's necessary to do if you ever want to buy an SC item. The only reason it's asked for is SOE's tax purposes. They have to report what zip codes they sold to as part of their tax return.
