My premium is expiring in 2 days. I wanted to renew but I can't seem to find a way to do that. If I follow the quick link off the main page "ZAM premium is now much cheaper" it tells me I am premium and there is no option to renew. If I go into my account page / account settings - and try to toggle Auto Renew to ON, it is unresponsive. Now I may not have a saved credit card, so maybe that's why Auto Renew won't toggle on but the desired behavior there would be to prompt me to enter CC info instead of doing nothing.

So unless I am missing something, I have to wait until I expire, then buy premium again? Also feel free to move this to the Site Feedback forum if that is more appropriate. Thanks!

p.s. Firefox 56.0. Pop-ups blocked.

Hi Taninger,

I'll pass this along to ZAM accounting and they should be able to get you fixed up.

Taninger,

You'll need to wait for it to expire and then sign up for a new subscription. At that time you can opt for automatic renewal. If no automatic renewal was set up at the time of purchase it's not possible to enable it later. This agreement has to be made at the time of purchase.

Sorry for any confusion caused by this. If you have any issues signing up after it expires, please submit a ticket via http://help.zam.com

Thanks for the replies. I'll just wait and try then. I'm sure there won't be any issues at that point.
