How do you presently download the EQ Item Collector? Both links on the front page return errors.

What error are you getting when you click on the item collector links on the front page?
Also the item collector isn't working right now since it hasn't been patched yet.

Clearing browser data doesn't seem to help. Using Chrome at the moment, will try something else.

Did you delete the cookies and the cache?
Firefox or Edge should work just fine. I'm using several chrome based browsers and able to connect to lucy.

Hi, I am also having trouble with installing the item collector. WinPcap says my version of windows (10) is unsupported. Would a download from www.win10Pcap.org work?

Yes uninstall the winpcap version you have and install the windows 10 winpcap at that url.
